About Our Products
Q: What are your bracelets made from?
Our bracelets are made from upcycled materials like discarded fishing nets and marine waste. Each piece helps reduce ocean pollution and supports marine conservation.
Q: Are all your bracelets handmade?
Yes! Every bracelet is handcrafted, making each one unique. Minor variations in colour and design are part of their charm and a testament to their handmade nature.
Q: Why are some colours or sizes unavailable?
Since we use only what we find (we will never use new ropes), our colour and size options depend on what we collect during beach cleanups. Limited availability makes our pieces even more special!
Q: How can I choose the right size?
We offer bracelets in three sizes:
- Small (14–16 cm): €25
- Medium (17–19 cm): €30
- Large (20–24 cm): €35

Q: Can I request a specific colour?
We try our best to accommodate requests, but availability depends on the materials we collect. You can add a note to your order, and we’ll do our best to match your preference.
Ordering and Shipping
Q: How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. If you’ve requested a custom colour or size, it may take a little longer.
Q: Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! Depending on your location, shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout. (shipping within the EU & UK is currently free of charge)
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your bracelet’s journey to you!
Q: Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes, we offer eco-friendly gift packaging for an additional fee. Just select the gift option at checkout.
Returns and Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 21 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging. Unfortunately, custom orders are non-refundable.
Q: How do I start a return?
Contact us through whatsapp oe Instagram with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Q: What if my bracelet is defective?
If you receive a defective item, please email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it or issue a refund.

Q: How does my purchase help the environment?
Every bracelet you buy funds beach cleanups and supports marine conservation projects. You’re helping us remove waste from the ocean and protect marine life!
Q: Do you host any events or cleanups?
We fund cleaups and take part in them ourselves, but do not organize them. Follow us on Instagram for announcements, and join us in making a difference.
Sustainability and Ethics
Q: Are your bracelets really from the beach and are not new nets or rope?
Absolutely. Everything is cleaned and sanitized before it’s turned into the bracelets you see here.
